- There are 10 individual resorts in and around the Hakuba Valley.The larger of these resorts are Happo, Hakuba 47, Goryu, Iwatake & Tsugaike.
- Is property in Hakuba free hold title?
Yes, the majority of land in Hakuba is free hold title. There are exceptions in the Happo & Tsugaike areas where most property in the vicinity of the lifts is perpetual lease.
- How far is Hakuba from Tokyo?
It is a 4 hour drive from Tokyo or can be accessed in just under 3 hrs using public transport (bullet train).
- What is the population of Hakuba?
Hakuba has a population of around 9500 residents.
