Is it possible for foreigners to obtain financing through a Japanese bank?

It is extremely difficult for foreigners to obtain financing through a Japanese bank, particularly without permanent residency.

Can foreigners build new houses/developments in Hakuba?

Foreigners can build with no limitations as long as strict local building regulations are followed.

Do I have to be in Japan throughout the building process?

The majority of Fusion Homes clients are based outside of Japan. After an initial design meeting or general discussion in person, regular communications ensure that the owner is kept up to date with every step of the building process.
